  • 关于冷干机和吸干机的一些建议

冷干机与吸干机均属于压缩空气干燥用设备,它们都广泛应用于工业中,但没有一种干燥设备适合所有的工况,在选择方面,一般从机械设备的性能需求、安装环境和所需干燥程度、使用及维护的成本来考虑选用哪种设备或者设备的搭配来满足需求。
我们的建议:
 
1.如管路布置区域温度长期低于2℃,且对压缩空气压力露点的要求值低于常年极低温度值5℃以上,建议只配置吸干机。
 
2.明确用户对压缩空气使用时的实际露点值的需求,与第1点对比,取低值。设备选型时均需以满足该露点的基础上,再考虑同类设备间不同的节能配置,否则得不偿失。
 
3.建议在吸干机前安装冷干机,冷干机可以去除压缩空气中大部分的水与油,可减轻吸干机的除水负荷,确保其干燥效果,也能减小吸干机的选型,同时降低油类杂质对吸附剂的污染,使干燥效果能维持更久,延长吸附剂更换时间。
 
4.在同等情况下,吸干机无论在稳定性还是在效果上都要略优于冷干机,只是因为要损耗一定量的再生气。在机械设备的性能需求、安装环境和所需干燥程度、使用及维护的成本来综合权衡,分析利弊进行选择。
 
 
 
干燥机的未来发展:
 
1.深入研究干燥机理和物料干燥特性,掌握对不同物料的比较优操作条件下,干燥机改进和不断开发,如:干燥机的自动控制技术以保证比较优操作条件的实现;设备大型化、高强度、高经济性以及改进对原料的适应性和产品质量。
 
2.进一步研究和开发新型高效和适应特殊要求的干燥机,如组合式干燥机、微波干燥机和远红外干燥机等。
 
 
3.环保、节能和能量综合利用,如采用各种联合加热方式,移植热泵和热管技术,开发太阳能干燥机等;在改进干燥机的环境保护措施以减少粉尘和废气的外泄等,也将是需要深入研究的方向。
Both the cold dryer and the suction dryer belong to the compressed air drying equipment, which are widely used in the industry, but there is no drying equipment suitable for all working conditions. In terms of selection, generally from the performance requirements of mechanical equipment, installation environment and required drying degree, use and maintenance costs to consider which equipment or equipment matching to meet the needs.
Our proposal:
 
1. If the temperature of the pipeline layout area is lower than 2 ℃ for a long time and the required value of the pressure dew point of the compressed air is lower than the extremely low temperature value of the whole year by more than 5 ℃, it is recommended to only configure the dryer.
2. Clarify the user's demand for the actual dew point value when using compressed air, and take the low value compared with point 1. On the basis of meeting the dew point, different energy-saving configurations among similar equipment shall be considered in equipment selection, otherwise, the loss will be outweighed.
3. It is recommended to install a cold dryer in front of the dryer, which can remove most of the water and oil in the compressed air, reduce the water removal load of the dryer, ensure its drying effect, reduce the selection of the dryer, reduce the pollution of oil impurities on the adsorbent, maintain the drying effect for a longer time, and extend the replacement time of the adsorbent.
4. In the same case, the dryer is slightly better than the cold dryer in stability and effect, just because it needs to consume a certain amount of regeneration gas. The performance requirements of mechanical equipment, installation environment and required dryness, use and maintenance costs are comprehensively weighed, and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed for selection.
Future development of dryer:
1. Deeply study the drying mechanism and drying characteristics of materials, master the improvement and continuous development of dryer under the optimal operating conditions for different materials, such as: automatic control technology of dryer to ensure the realization of the optimal operating conditions; large-scale equipment, high strength, high economy and improvement of adaptability to raw materials and product quality.
2. Further research and develop new efficient and special dryer, such as combined dryer, microwave dryer and far infrared dryer.
3. Environmental protection, energy conservation and comprehensive utilization of energy, such as adopting various joint heating methods, transplanting heat pump and heat pipe technology, developing solar dryer, etc.; improving environmental protection measures of dryer to reduce the leakage of dust and exhaust gas, etc., will also be the direction of in-depth research.
