吸附式干燥机种类
 
    吸附式干燥机的分类方法不只一种,常见的是按吸附剂再生方式来分类,分为无热再生吸附式干燥机、有热再生吸附式干燥机两大类。此外还可以根据吸附式干燥机的结构特点来分类,按结构可分为双塔吸附式干燥机、模块吸附式干燥机、模芯吸附式干燥机、组合式干燥机等四大类,其中模芯吸附式干燥机被称之为第三代吸附式干燥机。
 
    吸附式干燥机的工作原理大致相同,通过填充在吸附腔体内吸附剂本身的分子引力与吸附力吸收压缩空气中的气态或液态水分子到吸附剂表面,使压缩空气达到干燥;吸附剂可以通过去除吸附的水分而再生。
 
吸附式干燥机特点
 
    双塔吸附式干燥机和组合式干燥机采用体积庞大的两个压力容器罐体作为吸附模组,罐体内空间较大,导致气流分布不均匀,在进气口与出气口中间部分压缩空气的流量集中,使中间部分的吸附剂过快饱和。体积庞大,性能不稳定,能耗较大(业内公认耗气量>14%),通过大量的现场测试表明,实际处理露点多为-10℃~+25℃之间,远远满足不了电厂对的压缩空气质量的要求。
 
    模块吸附式干燥机针对目前市场上双罐(塔)式吸附式干燥机的结构缺陷及性能的不稳定性,在外观、结构及吸附性能等方面都有了较大的改善和提高。
 
    模芯吸附式干燥机在传统吸附干燥装置结构上做了大量改进,并搭配全新模芯吸附干燥技术及瞬时排放技术,使吸附式干燥机吸附更高效,出口压力露点更稳定、设备结构更紧凑。

Two-tower adsorption dryer and combined dryer adopt two pressure vessel tanks with large volume as the adsorption module. The large space inside the tank leads to uneven airflow distribution. The flow of compressed air in the middle part of the inlet and outlet is concentrated, making the adsorbent in the middle part saturated too quickly. Large volume, unstable performance, high energy consumption (industry recognized gas consumption > 14%), through a large number of field tests show that the actual treatment dew point is between -10℃~+25℃, far from meeting the requirements of the plant on the quality of compressed air.
 
 
 
In view of the structural defects and the instability of the performance of the dual-tank (tower) adsorption dryer on the market, the modular adsorption dryer has been greatly improved in appearance, structure and adsorption performance.
 
 
 
A lot of improvements have been made in the structure of the traditional adsorption dryer, and the new adsorption drying technology and instantaneous discharge technology have been combined to make the adsorption dryer adsorbed more efficiently, the outlet pressure dew point more stable and the equipment structure more compact.
